Legendary Flights, LLC ("Legendary Flights") is an air charter broker as defined under 14 C.F.R. Part 295 and acts as an authorized agent or arranger of air transportation on behalf of its clients. Legendary Flights is not a direct air carrier and does not own, operate, lease, or otherwise control any aircraft.

All flights arranged by Legendary Flights are performed by FAA-certificated Part 135 or Part 121 direct air carriers, or by foreign direct air carriers operating under comparable regulatory authority. The identity of the operating direct air carrier and the specific aircraft assigned will be disclosed in writing prior to the flight.

Operator selection is conducted on the basis of independent third-party safety audits, insurance verification, and operational suitability. Legendary Flights maintains broker liability insurance and full operator vetting documentation, available on request.

We collect only the information necessary to arrange your travel and respond to your inquiries — name, contact details, itinerary, and any preferences you choose to share. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Information is shared with operating carriers, ground handlers, and customs authorities only as required to perform requested services. We retain submission data for the period necessary to service your relationship and to comply with applicable regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@legendaryflights.com.

By engaging Legendary Flights, you acknowledge that we act as your authorized agent in arranging air transportation and that the contract of carriage is between you and the operating direct air carrier.

Quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to confirmation of aircraft availability, crew, slot, permit, and weather. Cancellation, change, and recovery terms vary by operator and trip and will be stated in your written charter quote prior to acceptance.

All services are subject to applicable laws and regulations, including export control, sanctions, and customs requirements. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry that cannot be performed in full compliance with applicable law.
